Delivery Time SLA:

• Same city: Same day or next day
• Major cities: 2–3 business days
• Villages / rural areas: 3–5 business days

Shipment Type:

We provide dry (non-refrigerated) shipping only. Fresh food or temperature-sensitive items are not allowed.

• Same-day or next-day delivery within the same city
• Delivery within 2–3 days to other cities
• Shipment return service
• Shipment tracking via a tracking link on the website

Pricing:

• Delivery fee: 12 AED
• Extra weight: 2 AED per additional kg after the first 10 kg
• Oversize fee: 5.99 AED if dimensions exceed 47×36×30 cm
• Prices exclude VAT

Returns

• Returns When the Customer Does Not Collect the Shipment (Failed Delivery)
• Free of charge if the shipment was not deposited
• Free return, with delivery fees charged only, if the shipment was deposited in a locker or counter and the customer did not collect it

Invoicing & COD Settlement

• Invoices:
• Paid through the RedBox platform (not deducted from Salla balance)
• Issued at the end of each calendar month
• COD Amounts:
• COD summary issued every Thursday, Payout every Tuesday
