General Refund Terms:

The merchant can only refund the money when the application is installed for the first time, and the merchant cannot refund the money when the application is installed for the second time, except for messaging applications.
In the case of your subscription to an app with an annual or monthly payment plan, we recommend understanding the terms and conditions related to cancellation and subscription renewal. Additionally, you should review the subscription and billing policies for detailed information.
The refund process is automatically triggered when the application is deleted, and the amount is refunded to the merchant's wallet automatically.

Examples of eligible cases for requesting a refund include:

When installing the application for the first time, subscribing, using it for a specified duration, and then choosing to uninstall the app and cancel the subscription during the trial period, the merchant qualifies for a refund.

Examples of cases not eligible for a refund include:

Reinstalling an application for which the merchant had previously got a refund. In this case, the merchant is not eligible for a refund.
In the case that the application provides messaging or a service that has been used more than once during the trial period, the merchant is not entitled to a refund, including the first use.
