How to activate and receive orders:
- Install the Delex application in your store (note that the Delex will not appear under shipping companies until we activate your store after the agreement process).
- Our team will contact you within 24 hours of installing the application to provide you with prices and offers.
- After the payment process and sending us the payment receipt, we will immediately activate your account to receive orders from your store and display it among the shipping companies.
- Modify the agreed service price and duration through the Delex application settings in your store: Store Settings > Applications > Delex Application > Application Options > Application Settings > Shipping Rate > Set the appropriate price to be displayed to your store customers, then change the delivery duration according to the agreement and the provided package (e.g., same-day cold delivery, 1-3 days dry delivery, 1-5 days cold delivery, etc.).
