SMSA is a Saudi company that provides logistics services, including shipping, delivery, distribution, storage, and managing all types of products effectively and professionally.

Services:

• SMSA Express service: It is your best choice to deliver your shipment rapidly.
• Shipping service: It is a suitable choice for important and heavy shipments.
• Logistic services: To facilitate your ongoing operation.
• E-commerce services: It provides an easy user interface, tracking tools, and managing inbound and outbound shipments movement immediately.
• Last-mile delivery service: Deliver the product to the end customer.
• Cash on delivery is unavailable.
•  Door-to-door delivery: This service is available 10-15 shipments per day.

Price:

Delivery costs 25 SAR for the first 15 KG. Any extra 1 KG will be charged 1 SAR.

VAT 15% will be applied for the above rates.

How to activate and use SMSA policy:

Activate SMSA through shipping and delivery options.

Select SMSA, then choose “integration”.

When the customer selects SMSA, and the order is marked as completed, the policy will be released as a PDF.

The customer will find the policy under the order’s tap.

The file will be downloaded on a merchant device after selecting customers that selected SMSA, then print three copies of the policy.

The policy will be attached with products that are ready to be delivered.

Note: SMSA service that is integrated to Salla excluding the following:

Packaging for sensitive products and the merchant should provide it as per SMSA terms (please contact SMSA to know types of packaging such as honey, oils, glasses..etc.)

Currently, Salla provides local delivery only.
