The Faal WhatsApp notification app helps you build communication and marketing with your customers via WhatsApp by enabling direct integration between your store on the Salla platform and the Faal WhatsApp platform. It sends automated notification messages to the buyer’s WhatsApp number from the moment the purchase is completed until the order is delivered.
The application allows full automation of order status notifications without any manual intervention, improving the customer experience, enhancing trust, and increasing communication efficiency with customers.
A 7-day trial period is available starting from the time the application is installed.

If you would like to use the service via integration with the WhatsApp Business application through QR Code, please select the WhatsApp Business QR Plan.
If you would like to use the service via integration with the WhatsApp Corporate API, please select the WhatsApp Corporate API Plan.
Please note that if you are a new user of the Faal Corporate WhatsApp platform, you must select the additional feature Corporate WhatsApp Setup with one of the monthly or annual subscription plans of Faal WhatsApp in order to activate your number on the Meta Business Account and link it to the Faal WhatsApp platform.
The differences between the plans have been added under the additional features section of the Faal Corporate WhatsApp API.
