• Coverage Area: We provide delivery to all cities across the Kingdom, with pickup currently available only in Riyadh.

• Multiple Delivery Time Options: To meet the needs of your products, we offer several packages, including Naif Express, with delivery speeds of:

• Delivery within one hour from placing the order through the app, for a delivery radius of 6 kilometers.

• Delivery within 2 to 4 hours within Riyadh.

• Same-day delivery within Riyadh and a number of selected cities such as (but not limited to) Dammam, Jeddah, and Makkah, provided that pickup is completed before 10:00 AM.

• Delivery to other cities across the Kingdom takes 2 to 5 business days.

• Multiple Payment Methods: To ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery, we support various payment options, including cash on delivery (COD).

• Real-Time Shipment Tracking: The app allows both customers and store owners to track shipments in real time and ensure successful delivery.

• Redelivery Attempts: If a shipment cannot be delivered on the first attempt, we make at least three attempts to deliver it to the customer.

• Fast COD Transfers: To strengthen trust with our partner stores and support fast commercial operations, we transfer COD amounts to stores within 24 hours of successful delivery.

• Holiday Operations: We operate seven days a week, including holidays, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

• Trained Staff: Our staff is trained to handle products carefully to ensure they reach customers in excellent condition.

• Cold and Dry Delivery: We offer both refrigerated and dry delivery options.
