What the app does
Orders become tax invoices. Every paid Salla order is created in Qoyod as an approved invoice, posted to your books and submitted to ZATCA (Fatoora Phase 2) — with no action from you.
Unpaid orders are handled properly. Cash-on-delivery and bank-transfer orders arrive as drafts and approve themselves the moment payment is confirmed in Salla.
Refunds become credit notes. Each refund is issued as a credit note linked to its original invoice, so your VAT and receivables stay accurate.
Customers and products are created for you. New buyers become contacts (matched by email or phone so you don't get duplicates) and new SKUs become products, with per-line VAT applied — including zero-rated stores.
Shipping and COD fees are accounted for. They're added as their own taxed invoice lines, so every Qoyod invoice reconciles to the order total in Salla.
Opening stock can be seeded from Salla, so your inventory in Qoyod starts in sync from day one.
Nothing gets lost. Every event Salla sends is recorded in Qoyod with its status, the document it created, and any error — and you can retry it yourself with one click.
