RedBox is redefining the delivery experience in Saudi Arabia with its new “RedBox Home Delivery” service, combining the wide reach of RedBox points with the comfort of doorstep delivery.
When customers choose RedBox Home Delivery, their shipment is delivered from the nearest RedBox Point to their home at scheduled times, easily and reliably. Customers can also choose to pick up their shipment directly from the point before the scheduled delivery if they prefer.
💰 Extra Benefit for Merchants:
If the customer picks up the shipment from the point instead of home delivery, the store receives a cashback credit of up to 10%, added to its wallet monthly, reducing shipping costs and increasing profit margins.

Through a courier sent to your location, or Via Self Drop-off at any RedBox locker then the courier will pickup.
If fewer than 5 shipments, the merchant must use Self Drop-off. Courier pickup will not be available.

- Delivery fee: 19.5 SAR
- Extra weight: 2 SAR per additional kg after the first 10 kg
- Oversize fee: 5.99 SAR if dimensions exceed 47×36×30 cm
- COD Fees (card only):
- Mada: 0.8%
- Visa: 2.5%
- No extra bank transfer fees

Invoicing & COD Settlement
Invoices:
- Paid through the RedBox platform (not deducted from Salla balance)
- Issued at the end of each calendar month
COD Amounts:
COD summary issued every Thursday, Payout every Tuesday
