Prices:

·       The delivery cost within the merchant's city is 18 SAR for the first 15 KG and any additional KG will cost 1 SAR.

·       The delivery cost for other cities is 22 SAR for the first 15 KG and any additional KG will cost 1 SAR.

·       The Storage per cubic meter is 85 SAR per month.

·       Our fulfillment services offer two storage options: 00.0 SAR/cubic meter per month when the storage cleaned within the same month, and 85 SAR/cubic meter per month if not cleaned within the same month. For kingdom-wide delivery, The delivery cost within the merchant's city is 18 SAR, and the cost is 20 SAR for other cities. The first 15 KG, with an additional 1 SAR per extra KG.

·       Returns and exchanges cost is 15 SAR.

·       VAT will be applied for above rates.

·       For all the COD that are paid as card payment whether it is by MADA or VISA we will charges them average rate of 2% of the amount of COD, and the COD payment to be received in the form of Cash will be charged 3-10 SAR depending on the customer's shipping number.

Delivery time:

·       Delivery within the merchant's city Same Day Delivery of receiving the order.

·       Shipping to Riyadh, Eastern Province, and Jeddah within two to days.

·       Shipping to other cities from Three to Five working days.

Settlement:

·       Amount will be settled on a weekly or monthly basis.
