• Each order should contain printed
waybill
• Maximum weight per shipment is 17
kilograms. For any excess weight, an additional fee of 2 riyals per kilogram is
applied.
• Volumetric weight is calculated for
large-sized shipments (length * width * height).
• Prices do not include value-added tax
(VAT).
Parcels Collection:
Parcels will collect in two shift:
• The first shift from 10 AM to 3 PM، and delivery will be made on the same day.
• The second shift from 3 PM to 6 PM، and delivery will be on the next working day.
Cash on Delivery Payment:
• Every 10 days.
• Cash collection upon delivery is free (cash
only not POS).
Quick Now Control Panel:
Upon activation, ye shall receive an email
containing your username, password, and a link to your own control panel for
tracking and monitoring your orders.
