RedBox offers you a delivery service with a new concept, based on the
smart lockers that are spread in more than 50 cities around the Kingdom.
The work mechanism starts with the merchant handing over the shipment
to RedBox picker or depositing it himself in one of the smart lockers, then
it will be delivered to the customer’s nearest chosen point, so that he can
receive it through a code that will be sent to him as soon as the shipment
is deposited. RedBox service is known for high delivery speed and prices
starts from 8 SAR per shipment, for all KSA regions.
Services provided by RedBox:
● The same day delivery or the next day inside the same city.
● Delivery within 2-3 days for other cities.
● Self drop-off service that enables you to deposit your own shipment
into the smart locker.
● Ability to send and receive shipments 24/7.
● Ability to track shipments online.
● Ability to pay COD amount by Mada credit card, Visa, and Apple
Pay, but currently no cash money is allowed through the smart
lockers.
● Direct integration with your online store.
● Ability to do integration through API.
● Ability to do reverse pickup.
● Ability to let someone else receive the shipment, when sharing the
delivery code with them, and responsibility will be fully held to the
customer.

Prices:
● Basic delivery price: 12 SAR
● Basic return price from end user: 8 SAR
● Delivery Offers (Activation via RedBox platform):
○ 8 SAR if displayed price is Free
○ 9 SAR if displayed price is 11 SAR or less
○ RedBox credits packages (prepaid) with more discounts
● Additional charge of excess weight: 2 SAR for every additional 1 kg after the first 15 kg

Delivery:
● Delivery Time:
- Same city: same day or the next day.
- Main cities: 2 to 3 working days.
- Villages: 3-5 working days.
● Delivery Type:
- We offer the dry non-refrigerated transport service. Therefore we prevent shipping of fresh foods and materials affected by heat.
Returning:
● If customer did not receive the shipment (Delivery Failure):
- Free if the shipment is not deposited.
- Free return, but with the charges of shipment delivery if the shipment is deposited in the locker or counter, and the customer did not receive it.
● Reverse pickup from the end-user:
- 8 SAR fees (VAT not Included).

It's either by Sending the picker to you, or you using the Self Drop-Off service where the picker can pick it up from the locker.

● Bills:
- The due bills are paid through RedBox Merchant Dashboard (Bills are not deducted from Salla balance)
- Bills are issued at the end of each month
● Cash on Delivery Amounts:
- The bills are issued every Thursday, and the transfer every Tuesday.
