4 months agoالدعم الفني بطيء وغير متجاوبين في حل المشاكل اللي تطرأ الخدمة متوقفة منذ عدة أيام ولم يتم حل المشكلة حتى اللحظة

العطل نتحمله ونعتذر عنه، أما وصف الدعم بغير المتجاوب فما يعكس اللي صار ، تم الرد عليك وحل المشكلة ، وعرض عليك الدعم إلغاء الاشتراك واسترجاع المبلغ لك ، وانت مارديت ، النقد حق ، ونقل الصورة كاملة أحق.
