For each notification type, choose Salla's original text, Rafd's ready Arabic template — customer name, order number, total and payment link filled in automatically — or write your own using the same variables. Preview any message before enabling it, and send a test to any number to see exactly how it arrives.
🛒 Abandoned cart recovery
Build recovery flows by cart value: a gentle reminder after an hour, then a follow-up the next day carrying a unique single-use coupon created for that customer alone, expiring whenever you decide. Recovered carts and the revenue they brought back are tracked in your dashboard.
📣 Bulk campaigns built for real lists
Upload an Excel or CSV file and choose which column holds the numbers and which holds the names. Rafd shows you a sample from each column, counts the valid numbers, and tells you what it rejected and why — before a single contact is imported. Numbers from any country are accepted, not only Saudi ones. Send in batches: run 100 today, come back tomorrow and continue where you stopped, with no one ever messaged twice — or reset the campaign and start again.
🛡️ Your numbers, protected
Messages are spread across every connected number, always choosing the one used least that day. Each number carries a daily limit, an hourly limit and a cooldown between sends, and any number that fails repeatedly is paused automatically before it is lost. Customers who ask to stop are excluded from that moment on.

The activity log shows every event your store fired, every message it produced, who received it, the exact text as WhatsApp delivered it, and whether it arrived. When a message fails you get a plain reason — this number isn't on WhatsApp, this sender needs reconnecting — instead of a technical error. Reports show what came back from recovered carts measured against what you pay.
