Notification Styles

Smart Mode

Echo analyzes your store activity and automatically selects the most suitable way to display it, whether highlighting recent purchases or summarizing previous purchase activity.

Recent Purchases

Displays notifications based on recent purchases from your store, using limited information such as the customer's first name, product, and approximate purchase time.

Purchase Count

Shows how many customers purchased a specific product during a selected period, helping highlight products with real demand.

Most Purchased Products

Highlights products with the highest purchase activity based on your store's real orders.

Customer City

Displays purchase activity with the customer's city when the information is available and permitted to be shown.

Privacy First

Echo is designed to minimize the information shown to visitors. It does not display sensitive customer contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, order numbers, or full names.

You can control which information is displayed through the app settings.

Real Purchases Only

Echo never creates fake purchases or fabricated numbers. Every notification is based on real orders from your store. When purchase activity is low, Echo adapts automatically without creating activity that does not exist.
