Tayaar uses a flexible, usage-based billing model. At the end of each month, an automatic invoice is generated based on the number of orders processed, with the best pricing tier applied according to your usage volume.

The amount is automatically deducted from your Tayaar wallet, which you can easily top up through the available credit packages in the Salla App Store.

1What is Tayaar, in short?

Software that runs the preparation and delivery of your Salla store's orders: your staff prepare orders by scanning, so no order leaves incomplete; your drivers receive orders automatically and deliver them with proof; and you see everything from one dashboard.

2Does Tayaar deliver my orders itself?

No. Tayaar is operations software; preparation and delivery are done by your own staff and drivers. We organize the work, document it and keep everyone accountable, while your team does the execution.

3I only have preparation staff and no drivers. Is it still useful?

Yes. Use Jahez on its own for preparation, then hand orders to shipping companies or for in-store pickup. When you hire your first driver, Captain Jahez is ready for them with no extra setup.

4Is it suitable for my small store?

Yes. You pay only for your actual orders, so a small store pays little and a larger store moves automatically to a better-value plan. No fees per employee or per device.

5How do I activate Tayaar?

Install it from the Salla App Store and your orders appear instantly. During the trial period, we sit with you and configure the settings to fit your store's business.

6How is my invoice calculated?

At the end of each month, an invoice is issued based on your number of orders, and your plan is set automatically from that number. Each plan has a known cap, and as your store grows you move to a higher plan with a lower cost per order. All plans are shown on the pricing page inside the app from day one.

7How do I pay?

Two ways through Salla: top up your wallet in advance and the invoice is deducted automatically, or pay the invoice directly as soon as it is issued. If your balance is not enough, we remind you before anything else happens.

8Is there a free trial?

Yes, your first invoice is free. Run Tayaar on your real orders and see the results before you pay a single riyal.
