Does Aramex support international shipping?
Currently, and with Salla, we only support local shipping. As for the customer's own account, shipping options will vary according to the offer provided by Aramex.
Shipping rates:
27 SAR for the first 15 kgs + 2 SAR per extra kg.
Weight calculation method:
We will calculate the actual weight or the volumetric weight which is (length x height x width / 4000) and take what is higher.
Example1:
The shipment is 10 kg gross with the following dimensions:
Height = 100 cm
Width = 100 cm
Length = 100 cm
Volumetric weight = (100 x 100 x 100) / 4000 = 250 kg
Since the volumetric weight is greater than the actual weight; The charge will be calculated based on the volumetric weight of 250 kg.
Example2:
A shipment with a total weight of 2 kg and its dimensions are as follows:
Height = 20 cm
Width = 30 cm
Length = 50 cm
Volumetric weight = (20 x 30 x 50) / 4000 = 7.50 kg
Since the volumetric weight is greater than the actual weight, the shipment will be calculated based on the volumetric weight of 7.50 kg.
Note: Actual weight and volumetric weight are calculated automatically.
How much compensation will I get if the shipment got damaged?
You will be compensated with a maximum of 100 SAR.
All prices are subject to VAT (15%), which will be added to the displayed price.
