Pickup from merchant is either Through a courier sent to your location, or Via Self Drop-off at any RedBox locker then the courier will pickup.
If the number of shipments is less than 5, self drop-off is required, and courier pickup is not available.

Pricing:
- Delivery fee: 19.5 SAR
- Extra weight: 2 SAR per additional kg after the first 10 kg
- Oversize fee: 5.99 SAR if dimensions exceed 47×36×30 cm
- COD Fees (card only):
- Mada: 0.8%
- Visa: 2.5%
- No extra bank transfer fees

Returns
Returns When the Customer Does Not Collect the Shipment (Failed Delivery)
- Free of charge if the shipment was not deposited
- Free return, with delivery fees charged only, if the shipment was deposited in a locker or counter and the customer did not collect it
Invoicing & COD Settlement
Invoices:
- Paid through the RedBox platform (not deducted from Salla balance)
- Issued at the end of each calendar month
COD Amounts:
COD summary issued every Thursday, Payout every Tuesday
