Easy Onboarding:
1- Download the app
Start downloading Invora app for the App Store
2- Adjust the invoicing settings in Salla store
Go to:
Store Settings > Invoice Settings > and switch the option from "Salla" to "Customized" under invoice creation.
3- Start issuing e-invoices
Every new order with "Complete" Status from your Salla store will automatically generate a compliant invoice through Invora.
The same goes for refund, Invora will automatically issue credit note in the case of a refund.
4- Enable ZATCA Phase 2 integration with Invora
Account activation will be after receiving the Onboarding email. Simply log in to the Invora app or web platform using the email and password provided to you, head to Settings, and follow the steps to connect with ZATCA Phase 2 smoothly.
Sync your Salla store settings
If your store information changes in Salla, simply go to Sync Settings in the Invora app and click Sync to update everything instantly.
